About this board game

Deliverance is a cooperative tactical board game for 1–4 players, with play sessions lasting around 120 minutes. Players take the roles of elite angelic warriors serving in the army of Heaven, undertaking a dangerous mission into the seemingly quiet human city of Fallbrook.

Since the victory on the Cross, the angels have hunted fallen angelic Princes who now command Satan’s forces of Darkness. In Fallbrook, your team must face legions of demons, resist the spreading darkness, and attempt to slay the leader of the stronghold.

Each player has unique powers that shape their contribution to the team. These abilities can be expanded with Talent grants, while every victory brings experience points. Work together, draw on your weapons and God-given angelic powers, and overcome the threats standing between your warriors and their objective.

Deliverance offers two ways to experience its conflict:

• Story-driven campaign mode: pursue the larger mission through a continuing narrative.
• Skirmish mode: play a standalone tactical confrontation.

Whether played as an ongoing campaign or a focused skirmish, Deliverance centers on cooperation, tactical decisions, and the contrast between Heaven’s forces and the demonic powers controlling the mortal world. The mission is clear, but the darkness may not remain confined to the realm where it began.

Released in 2023, Deliverance combines a dramatic spiritual-war setting with cooperative play for groups of one to four. Assemble your allies, develop your angelic warrior, and enter Fallbrook to challenge the forces of Darkness.
