About this expansion
Wizard Kings: Expansion Maps is a map expansion for 2–7 players, with games lasting about 120 minutes. Designed for Wizard Kings First Edition, these maps are also compatible with the Second Edition release.
Each map introduces new terrain and locales in which to wage war, giving players additional settings for their Wizard Kings battles. The original expansion consists of four sets, with two maps in each set.
- Barrenlands: Maps 5 and 6
- Dragonia: Maps 7 and 8
- Misty Islands: Maps 9 and 10
- Azure Shore: Maps 11 and 12
Following the release of Second Edition, which includes Maps 13 through 16, the expansion maps were repackaged into three packs containing four maps each. These packs use two two-sided poster maps, providing a convenient way to add the available map content to your collection.
Pack #1 contains Maps 1–4, which were included in the First Edition base game. Pack #2 contains Maps 5–8, covering Barrenlands and Dragonia, while Pack #3 contains Maps 9–12, covering Misty Islands and Azure Shore.
Whether you own the original release or the second edition, Wizard Kings: Expansion Maps broadens the range of battlefields available for play. Choose from distinct named regions and expand your games with additional maps beyond those in the base game.
