Star Wars: Armada – Imperial Light Carrier Expansion Pack

About this expansion

Star Wars: Armada – Imperial Light Carrier Expansion Pack is a two-player expansion for games of Star Wars: Armada, with an expected play time of 120 minutes.

This pack introduces one pre-painted Quasar Fire-class cruiser-carrier miniature to your fleet. The Imperial light carrier is a mobile starfighter base frequently used as a garrison vessel, giving your games a dedicated carrier model for supporting fighter craft.

The ship bristles with laser turrets, allowing it to defend itself while its fighter craft are away on crucial missions. This creates a clear distinction between its carrier role and its ability to remain protected during those missions.

The expansion includes the cards and upgrades needed to bring the Imperial light carrier into your games:

• One pre-painted Quasar Fire-class cruiser-carrier miniature
• Two ship cards
• Ten upgrades
• A dual-slotted Weapons Team / Offensive Retrofit upgrade

The dual-slotted upgrade gives the Imperial light carrier a particularly notable option: it allows you to disrupt your opponent’s ships with the game’s first boarding action. This addition expands the ways the carrier can affect opposing vessels beyond its role as a starfighter base.

Released in 2017, Imperial Light Carrier Expansion Pack adds a distinctive carrier miniature, defensive laser turrets, and a set of ship and upgrade cards to Star Wars: Armada. It is a focused expansion for players looking to include the Quasar Fire-class cruiser-carrier and its boarding-action capability in their games.
