Dragons Down: Desolation

About this expansion

Dragons Down: Desolation is the first expansion for Dragons Down, supporting 1–6 players with an approximate play time of 180 minutes. Released in 2024, it expands the adventure into sinister swamps and perilous plains.

Use the two new terrain packs on their own, or add them to the existing base game for a larger, more epic experience. The expansion introduces 12 new map tiles, creating fresh locations for adventures across its new environments.

Dragons Down: Desolation adds a substantial collection of new content for adventurers and their encounters. Its additions include:

• More than 30 new monsters and more than 8 new natives
• More than 25 new treasures, 12 new missions, and 10 new items
• 6 new lineage cards, including the Half-elf and Half-orc lineages
• 10 new classes: assassin, bard, battle mage, black knight, executioner, paladin, ranger, runesword, soulless, and trickster
• 2 new civilization locations and 3 new merchants

With support for up to six players, the expansion broadens the world of Dragons Down with additional terrain, characters, missions, items, and inhabitants. Whether used as an expansion to the base game or as part of a combined experience, Desolation brings the Sinister Swamps and Perilous Plains into your next adventure.
