Escape the Dark Sector: Mission Pack 1 – Twisted Tech is a 2022 mission pack for 1–4 players, with a play time of 45 minutes. It plunges players into the bizarre and disturbing technology of the far future, where sinister intentions and limitless possibilities collide.

Across 12 new chapters, four per act, the crew encounters the station’s tech-skewed terrors. A new boss awaits at the end: an evil uber-genius obsessed with neural implants, bringing a disturbing new threat to the mission.

Twisted Tech also adds equipment for confronting these dangers. The pack includes 10 new items, featuring deadly new weaponry and powerful new cybernetics, alongside special dice that expand the possibilities of the encounter.

• 7 new dice: Ammo Dice support the enhanced firepower, while the Tech die determines the effects of certain chapters and items.
• Tech die challenge: The new die also brings an additional challenge to the final battle.
• Tactical Drone Selection: Choose which drone your crew will take on the mission during setup.
• Activate Drone action: Select a drone ability to trigger rather than being limited to merely healing.

The tactical drone system gives the mission an important setup choice, while the new items, dice, chapters, and boss create a focused journey through technology’s most sinister possibilities.
