Star Wars: X-Wing (Second Edition) – Guardians of the Republic Squadron Pack is a two-player squadron pack for games lasting about 45 minutes, released in 2018. It introduces Galactic Republic forces to the battlefields of X-Wing, where Obi-Wan Kenobi leads dedicated clone pilots against the Separatist Alliance.

This pack includes one Delta-7 Aethersprite miniature and two V-19 Torrent miniatures, giving players the core of a Republic squadron. The Delta-7 is the chosen interceptor of many Jedi, letting them draw on their Force-enhanced reflexes in battle. Supporting them, clone pilots fly V-19 Torrents in coordinated formations.

Guardians of the Republic focuses on the relationship between Jedi heroes and the clone pilots covering them. Tight formation flying, coordinated fire, and missile salvoes help create a unified battlefield presence as Republic forces confront tyranny and chaos.
