Batman: The Animated Series – Gotham City Under Siege: Masterminds & Mayhem is an expansion for 1–5 players, with a play time of 60 minutes, that brings new threats and tactics to Gotham City Under Siege.

Batman’s enemies were thwarted, but they have returned with a vengeance. In their latest attack, the Masterminds arrive with deadlier weapons, including armored cars and massive explosives, while taking to the streets alongside their hired goons.

The villains have also improved their tactics, creating fresh challenges for anyone trying to protect Gotham. This expansion introduces new mechanics that change how these dangerous enemies appear and how their attacks unfold.
