Nature: Amazon Rainforest is a 2026 module for the core Nature game, supporting 1–4 players. It introduces a tropical ecosystem filled with hidden dangers, unusual wildlife, and opportunities for bluffing, deduction, and perfectly timed reveals.

Mysteries hide behind every leaf of the canopy. Poisonous dart frogs, jaguars capable of cracking turtle shells, and monkeys seeking exotic fruit bring new possibilities to the game, while the rainforest module adds fresh elements to explore.

The module’s major rule change makes traits a game of hidden information and timing. Traits are no longer revealed automatically at the end of the Adapting Phase. Instead, players may reveal a trait at any time to gain its benefit, but face-down traits provide no benefit.

This creates space for bluffing and deduction as players decide when revealing a trait will have the greatest impact. Keep information hidden, read the developing situation, and choose the right moment to turn a secret advantage face up.

Nature is a modular game system that lets players tailor each session by combining different modules. Alongside Amazon Rainforest, the system includes Nature: Flight for reduced conflict and Nature: Jurassic for a more aggressive experience. With six modules and four mini-modules, there are over 700 unique ecosystems to explore.

Learn to play with the interactive tutorial in the free-to-try Nature Digital app for iOS, Android, and Steam. NorthStar Studio plans to release the Climate module in 2026, followed by one to two new modules each year for the next decade, making Nature: Amazon Rainforest part of a growing living game system.
