The World of SMOG: Rise of Moloch – The Mekasylum is an expansion for 2–5 players with an approximately 90-minute play time. Released in 2018, it adds new mechanics and a three-mission campaign to Rise of Moloch.

The Mekasylum expands the game with a selection of new characters and miniatures. Three heroes—Archibald Argrave, Miss Liddel, and Little Alice—join three agents: Signore Gepetto, Pinokio, and Little Orphan Lily.

The expansion also includes eight minion miniatures representing the Killer Toys. These additions bring new miniatures to the table while giving the campaign a distinct cast of heroes, agents, and minions.

Players can explore tiles representing the Unicorn Club across the expansion’s three missions. With its combination of new mechanics, campaign content, and additional components, The Mekasylum offers a focused way to extend a Rise of Moloch collection.
