A Game of Thrones: The Card Game (Second Edition) – House of Thorns is a 2017 deluxe expansion for 2–4 players, with a play time of approximately 120 minutes. It brings House Tyrell into the light with a wealth of new cards and fresh options for building decks.

House Tyrell receives the bulk of the cards in this expansion. These additions support and diversify the faction’s most important themes, giving House Tyrell new ways to develop its card options while remaining rooted in the faction’s identity.

House of Thorns also introduces iconic characters sworn to House Tyrell, including Mace Tyrell, the Queen of Thorns, Margaery Tyrell, and the Knight of Flowers. Their presence adds notable names from House Tyrell to the expanded card pool.
