Agricola: Z-Deck is a 24-card promotional deck for 1–5 players, designed for games of Agricola lasting about 120 minutes. It adds a focused set of cards to the Agricola experience without introducing a separate game.

The deck contains two clearly defined card types: 12 Occupation cards and 12 Minor Improvement cards. Together, these 24 cards form the complete Z-Deck, offering an additional card set for Agricola players to explore.

Agricola: Z-Deck was developed in 2007 by Uwe Rosenberg, Hanno Girke, Melissa Rogerson, and Klemens Franz. It was created as a bonus for the first printing of the Z-Man Games English edition of Agricola, and it was also released in other languages.

The deck was released in 2008. Its availability is tied to particular editions: later Z-Man Games editions of Agricola do not contain the Z-Deck. This makes the deck a specific promotional addition associated with the first printing of that English edition.
