About this board game

Airborne In Your Pocket is a World War II exploration and sabotage game for 1–4 players, with sessions lasting about 15 minutes. Set on the night before June 6, 1944, it places you among the Allied paratroopers scattered across enemy territory before the Normandy landings.

You have landed where you are needed most: near a hidden bunker containing two 24.0 cm German guns aimed at the beaches of Normandy. Your mission is to find explosives, enter the bunker, and sabotage the cannons before they can kill Allied troops.

Each turn, players explore their surroundings by placing Location tiles and resolving Event cards. The search for the Ammo Dump is essential, since it provides the explosives needed for the mission. German soldiers are everywhere, so you must decide whether to hide or fight your way through.

• Enter the bunker and sabotage its two guns.
• Hide from or fight German soldiers.

The game can be as straightforward or as involved as you want. The Basic Game offers a simple experience, while the Advanced Game, Scenarios, and Campaigns provide additional ways to play. The Advanced Game and Scenarios also let you play as American, British, Canadian, or French soldiers.

Airborne In Your Pocket comes in four different sets, with each set containing enough components for one player. Add additional sets to support up to four players, making it possible to expand the mission while keeping its compact format.
