Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood of Venice – Tokyo XXI is an optional modern-day expansion for 1–4 players, with an approximately 120-minute play time.

This expansion moves the storyline away from Italy and into Tokyo in the present day. It offers a completely different environment while remaining connected to the main storyline, giving the Brotherhood a new setting and a new chapter to explore.

The story is canon and features well-known characters alongside a mysterious member of the Brotherhood. The modern-day Assassins are led by a distinctive group of characters:
