About this expansion

Barrage: Executive Officer Promo B is a 2020 expansion for 1–5 players, with games lasting about 120 minutes. It adds two new Executive Officers to Barrage: Wu Fang and Dr. Octavius.

Wu Fang gives you a personal action space. During the Action Phase, when it is your turn, you may place 1 Engineer on this space to produce energy equal to the number of Water Drops currently held in your Dams.

This production cannot receive any bonus, but it can be used to fulfill a Contract. The Water Drops remain where they are after Wu Fang’s action, preserving them in your Dams for later use.

Dr. Octavius changes how you can access Water Drops during production. When you activate one of your Powerhouses with a Production action, you may use Water Drops from one or more of your Dams or from Neutral Dams connected to the activated Powerhouse.

Dr. Octavius also interacts with the German company ability. When using that ability, you may use Dr. Octavius’s special rule only with your first production.

• Wu Fang: a personal action space that produces energy based on Water Drops in your Dams.
• Dr. Octavius: lets a Production action draw Water Drops from connected Dams and Neutral Dams.

Originally distributed exclusively to Kickstarter backers as part of the 5th player Expansion campaign, the promo was later made available in Pack E of the Dice Tower 2022 Kickstarter campaign. Barrage: Executive Officer Promo B offers two distinct Executive Officer options for players looking to explore different production possibilities.
