Der Kartograph & Die Kartographin: Ferne Expeditionen is an expansion for 1–100 players with a play time of 30 minutes, released in 2022.

This expansion adds three new modules and 12 new cards to the Cartographer game line. The modules can be used together with both The Cartographer and Cartographers Heroes.

Each module introduces a new setting, giving the expansion three distinct themes to add to your games. The included module names are:

• Frostweiten – Das Reich der Frostriesen
• Kethras Steppe – Rotzahn & Goldbauch
• Hornhelm – Der Markt im Ödland

Alongside the three modules and 12 new cards, the box contains four promo cards titled “Held*in” for Cartographers Heroes. This makes the expansion suitable for players using either of the two compatible games, while also adding dedicated promotional content for the Heroes edition.

Der Kartograph & Die Kartographin: Ferne Expeditionen offers a compact way to expand your collection with new maps, modules, and cards. With support for games of 1–100 players and a listed play time of 30 minutes, it extends the Cartographer experience without requiring a separate player count or time format.
