About this expansion
Catacombs & Castles: Siege Defender is a 2017 board game expansion for 2–6 players, bringing the stretch goals from the Catacombs & Castles Kickstarter campaign into one collection.
The first edition is effectively a backer-exclusive expansion, making it a distinctive addition for players interested in the broader Catacombs & Castles release. Rather than presenting a separate standalone setting, Siege Defender focuses on adding new content to the game line.
Its contents introduce a range of new characters and options, including heroes, lords, minions, and abilities. These additions give the expansion a broad scope, covering several different categories of content within the Catacombs & Castles universe.
- Stretch goals from the Catacombs & Castles Kickstarter campaign
- New heroes
- New lords
- New minions
- New abilities
Catacombs & Castles: Siege Defender is especially notable for its connection to the Kickstarter campaign and its first-edition backer-exclusive status. For collectors and players seeking the additional content associated with those stretch goals, it offers a focused expansion featuring a variety of new additions.
