Dinosaur World: Water Pack

About this expansion

Dinosaur World: Water Pack is a 2021 expansion for 2–4 players, adding aquatic dinosaurs, new park tiles, and algae management to games lasting around 120 minutes.

This pack introduces six aquatic dinosaur species: Dunkleosteus, Elasmosaurus, Kronosaurus, Mosasaurus, Plesiosasurus, and Plotosaurus. Together, they include 18 blue translucent plastic meeples, each featuring heat transfer artwork on both sides.

At the beginning of the game, players draft these aquatic dinosaurs instead of the standard set of dinosaurs. Their six park tiles also feature special end-game scoring rules, encouraging different strategies as you develop your park.

The Water Dino pack adds algae as a new consideration. When visiting these tiles, players roll an additional special die that provides algae. You must clean all the algae from your water enclosures and keep your aquatic dinosaurs happy in a clean environment, or you will lose victory points at the end of the game.

The expansion includes:
