About this board game

Dominion: Intrigue is a deck-building card game for 2–6 players, with games lasting about 30 minutes. Each player begins with an identical, very small deck and develops it during play by acquiring new cards from the selection in the center of the table.

Every turn challenges you to make the most of the hand you draw. Choose which cards to buy as you can afford them, then refine your deck through those purchases, seeking the most efficient route to valuable Victory points by the end of the game.

Intrigue brings a sly atmosphere to the Dominion system. A steward may seem to know your secret, a servant may deliver a coded message, and your own plans may be unfolding exactly as intended. The theme of secret plots complements the tactical decisions at the heart of the game.

• When combined with Dominion, it supports a single game for up to 6 players.

Dominion: Intrigue can be played on its own by players experienced with Dominion, or together with the basic game of Dominion. It is part of the Dominion series and integrates with Dominion, giving players another way to shape their decks and pursue victory.
