Dominion: Seaside (Second Edition)

About this expansion

Dominion: Seaside (Second Edition) is a 2022 expansion for Dominion and Dominion: Intrigue, supporting 2–4 players in games of around 30 minutes. It is not a complete game on its own and requires Dominion or Dominion: Intrigue.

Set out from your rivers and head toward the sea, where dangerous pirate-infested waters surround distant islands and merchant ports. The setting combines tall ships, stars, trade, and conquest with a vivid journey through unfamiliar coastal territories.

This edition adds nine new types of Kingdom cards to the Dominion experience. Its theme evokes rat-infested ships, lucrative trade, friendly natives, spears, poison darts, and the ambition to claim every river.

Dominion: Seaside (Second Edition) also introduces a few cards with minor errata. Those changes will not appear in the update pack for owners of the first edition, while the nine new Kingdom card types will be released separately in that pack.

For players who already have a Dominion base game or Dominion: Intrigue, this expansion offers a fresh nautical atmosphere for their Kingdom-building sessions. Prepare your ships, establish footholds on islands, and pursue trade across dangerous waters as you search for more rivers to claim.
