Dream Home: Promo Tokens – Christmas Tree is a décor-token promotion for 2–4 players, designed for a 30-minute game experience and released in 2016.

The Christmas tree is a special décor token that can be placed in a room consisting of two or three cards. It cannot be placed in the garage, and each home may contain only one Christmas tree.

To obtain the token, first take the pair of cards from the column of your choice. Then discard the resource card from that pair and replace it with the available Christmas tree token with the most points.

The Christmas tree follows the standard décor rules in all other respects. This gives players a focused way to exchange a resource card for a scoring décor option while considering which eligible room can accommodate it.
