Dune: Betrayal

About this board game

Dune: Betrayal is a social deduction game for 4–8 players, with games lasting about 40 minutes. Each player takes on the identity of an iconic Dune character, representing a distinct role within a faction competing for control of the desert world.

Your aim is to uncover the identities of your foes while protecting your nobles and strengthening your position. Form alliances carefully, use tools to gain knowledge, and turn information into power as the struggle unfolds.

Success depends on close attention and sharp judgment. Watch the other players, assess their actions, and determine who stands with you and who works against your interests. Once you have identified your allies and enemies, defend the former and attack the latter to secure victory.

• Social deduction: Learn who your opponents are while keeping your own position secure.
• Hidden identities: Every player represents an iconic character with a distinct role within the conflict.
• Alliances and knowledge: Protect your nobles, use tools, and gather the information needed to gain power.

Set amid the factions vying for control of Dune, the game combines investigation, cooperation, and betrayal. Every exchange can offer a clue, while every decision may reveal whether another player is a trusted ally or a dangerous foe.

Released in 2021, Dune: Betrayal delivers a focused contest of deduction and shifting loyalties for groups seeking a tense battle of knowledge and power.
