About this board game

Dungeon Twister: The Card Game is a two-player game with an approximately 60-minute play time, transforming the Dungeon Twister experience into an entirely card-based adventure.

Each player builds a team from the characters and objects available to them before entering the maze. During the game, players use their action points to navigate rooms, manage hazards, collect useful items, and confront opposing characters.

  • Move characters through the maze
  • Rotate rooms to affect the dungeon’s layout
  • Collect objects and use available resources
  • Engage in combat with opposing characters

The goal is to make your way to the opposite side of the maze while avoiding—or taking out—the other player’s characters. Success depends on how you use your team and action points as the dungeon unfolds.

Before play begins, choose a scenario card. It sets the number of rooms in the maze and determines how many characters and objects each player uses, giving every scenario its own structure and challenge.

The scenario cards also provide a progressive way to learn Dungeon Twister: The Card Game. The introductory scenario uses a 2×2 maze, with each player starting with two characters and two objects; from there, players can move on to more difficult scenarios.

Released in 2013, this focused card game delivers a complete two-player contest built around exploration, positioning, hazards, objects, and direct conflict in a changing maze.
