About this board game

Eat Zem All is a 60-minute board game for 2–4 players in which competing zombie hordes hunt humans managed by the game’s AI, with no app required.

On your turn, you become the active horde and choose a zombie card from the row. Its main and bonus effects guide the action, while the other players apply its main effect in clockwise order. Zombies can move, break barricades, bite humans, and climb over obstacles.

Each bite removes a bite token from a human. The player who lands the first bite gains that human’s infection token, creating a future zombie for their horde when the human dies. When a human loses their last bite token, the Feast begins: players compare their bite tokens and adjacent zombies to determine who claims the human’s sheet and victory points.

  • Zombie attack: Use card effects to move your horde, overcome obstacles, and infect humans.
  • Human reaction: Reveal three human cards that can make humans shoot, move, panic, and more.
  • Changing locations: Play on the double-sided board featuring the House or the Cemetery, each with different decks and components that alter the rules.

The game ends when the last human dies or escapes. Victory points come from bite tokens, property tokens, and collected human sheets, so every attack can affect the race between hordes.

With its automated human opposition, direct competition, and two distinct locations, Eat Zem All turns a zombie outbreak into a contest to recover human powers and eat them all.
