About this expansion

Federation Commander: Klingon Attack is an expansion for 2–8 players with an approximately 60-minute play time, released in 2006. It expands Federation Commander: Klingon Border with 16 new ships, additional scenarios, and two new map panels featuring full-color planets.

This expansion adds a broad selection of ship cards with full-color CGI graphics, along with full-color laminated ship diagrams. The new forces include Federation, Klingon, Kzinti, Orion Pirate, and Tholian vessels, plus the Juggernaut monster and the Free Trader.

• New ship cards: Juggernaut, Orion Pirate Salvage Ship, Orion Pirate Light Raider, Tholian Destroyer, Free Trader, Klingon D5W New Cruiser, Klingon D5 War Cruiser, Klingon E4 Light Frigate, Federation Battlecruiser, Federation Police Cutter, Kzinti Medium Cruiser, Kzinti Dreadnought, Kzinti Heavy Battlecruiser, Kzinti Light Cruiser, Kzinti War Destroyer, and Kzinti New Heavy Cruiser.
• Additional counters: counters are provided for all of these ships, with multiple counters for most smaller ships.
• Extra countered ships: Federation CF Fast Cruiser, Klingon FD7 Fast Cruiser, Kzinti CF Fast Cruiser, and Kzinti NCC New Command Cruiser.

Two new map panels bring full-color planets to the table, while several new scenarios give players more ways to use the added ships and components. The result is a substantial fleet-focused addition to the Federation Commander Series.

For players expanding their existing collection, Federation Commander: Klingon Attack combines new ship cards, laminated diagrams, counters, scenarios, and map panels in one supplement to the Klingon Border game.
