About this expansion

Forest Shuffle: Exploration is the third expansion deck for Forest Shuffle, supporting 1–5 players in games lasting about 60 minutes. Released in 2025, this 55-card set adds new challenges, caves, and species to the base game.

The expansion offers three sets of cards, each bringing a distinct way to explore the forest. The official Automa deck contains 20 cards and provides 12 challenges to complete, adding a dedicated challenge-based option to your Forest Shuffle experience.

You also receive five brand-new caves, each with its own individual power. These caves replace the regular caves from the base game, giving you new options to discover as you develop your forest.

The final set is a selection of 15 special playing cards featuring selected and rare species from around the world. These cards were previously available as promotional cards in 2024 and now come together in one convenient expansion deck.

The included promo cards feature species and pairings such as Moor Birch, Whinchat/Fire Salamander, Palm Tree, Gnat/Red Panda, Bison/White Stork, and Arctic Fox/Sable. Other cards include Robin/Water Vole, Cardinal/Say’s Firefly, Genet/European Badger, Cuckoo/Chanterelle, Elk/Troll, Mistletoe/Wild Tulip, Turkey Oak, O Christmas Tree, and Brimstone/Marsh Cinquefoil.
