About this board game

Frutticola is a board game for 2–4 players, played in about 60 minutes, in which rival business leaders grow and sell fruit and jams to become the richest entrepreneurs in town.

Set in a small US town during the 1950s, the game takes place in a community famous for its fruit trees. Local small businesses compete by producing ever better jams, helping the town become increasingly well known.

Each player begins with only a few Workers and Farmers. Throughout the year, you must decide when to send them to the orchards and when to visit the shops to buy useful items for your business.

• Compete to become the richest entrepreneur by the end of the year

The timing of your choices shapes your path to success. Will you focus on the orchards, invest in pesticides and fertilizers, or pursue the products that can make your business stand out?

At the end of the year, the town celebrates its Christmas party and awards a prize to the most successful entrepreneur. In Frutticola, every decision contributes to the race for recognition, prosperity, and the title of the town’s leading business owner.
