Galaxy Trucker: Do What?! is a 2025 expansion for 2–4 players that adds new missions, VIP astronauts, and a turn-based mode to the 60-minute space-trucking adventure.

Take on the most outrageous jobs Corp Incorporated can offer. Escort aliens with special powers, build ships beyond human imagination, transport boombastic or suspiciously glowing cargo, place bets, and attempt to survive the annual Transgalactic Trek.

The expansion introduces two major modules for seasoned truckers: Missions and VIP Astronauts. Missions can send you into challenges that may blow your mind, while VIP passengers can turn your ship into a space taxi—and may bring unusual requests along for the ride.
