About this expansion

Hadrian’s Wall: Actor is a promo card set for 1–6 players, with a play time of 60 minutes. Released in 2022, it adds six Actor cards—one for each player deck—along with a rules card.

During setup, each player adds their new Actor card to their draw pile before shuffling. The promo changes the yearly card routine: instead of drawing two cards each Year, players draw three.

Players still choose one card as their Path and one as their Prospect. The third, unchosen card is placed facedown on top of the player’s draw pile, allowing them to see it again in the next Year. In Year 6, the unchosen card may be discarded from the game entirely.

The Actor cards also introduce scoring for completed performances. Their scoring is based on the number of completed performances:

• 2 completed performances: 1 VP
• 4 completed performances: 2 VP
• 6 completed performances: 3 VP

With its additional Actor card and revised draw rule, Hadrian’s Wall: Actor adds a new decision to each Year without replacing the existing Path and Prospect choices. Players must decide which two cards to use immediately and which third card to preserve for the following Year.

This compact promotional addition includes 6 promo cards for Hadrian’s Wall and 1 rules card, providing a focused new card-management option for games with one to six players.
