About this expansion

Hostage Negotiator: Abductor Pack 1 is a 15-card expansion for the Hostage Negotiator base game, designed for one player and a play time of about 30 minutes.

In this scenario, the head of a mega corporation has seen his empire crumble after being “asked” by the Board of Directors to step down. He responds by taking the board members hostage, refusing to release them until he gets what he wants.

This pack introduces a new Abductor and a new set of Terror Cards, including cards specific to the Abductor. These additions bring the fallen executive and his situation into the Hostage Negotiator system while expanding the cards you will face during the confrontation.

• 15 cards for use with the Hostage Negotiator base game
• A new Abductor based on a disgraced mega-corporation leader
• New Terror Cards, including Abductor Specific Terror Cards
• A new Conversation Card type: Internal Influence

The Internal Influence cards represent a secret way to communicate with one of the Hostages. This hidden connection can give you access to those cards, but it comes with a serious risk: if the Abductor discovers what you are doing, you will lose access to them.

Hostage Negotiator: Abductor Pack 1 adds a focused hostage situation, a distinct Abductor, and a concealed communication element to the base game. Use the new cards to confront the corporate leader while trying to keep your secret channel from being exposed.
