About this board game

Hula Hippos is a fast-paced dexterity game for 2–4 players that takes about 10 minutes to play. Players encourage their circus hippos to leap through a wooden hoop, racing to become the first player with no hippos left.

Each round, one player spins the wooden ring on the table. While it rotates, everyone simultaneously flicks their hippo pieces with their fingers, trying to place them inside the moving hoop before it slows down and falls onto the table.

The challenge comes from timing and accuracy. The ring never stays still, so players must react quickly and judge their flicks while competing against everyone else. A successful leap can remove a hippo from your group and bring you closer to victory.

Any hippo that ends up inside the ring is removed from the game. Keep sending your circus hippos toward the moving target, and watch for every opportunity to reduce your supply.
