Iron Forest

About this board game

Iron Forest is an asymmetrical flicking game for 1–4 players, set in the fantastical land of Neemus. Players take sides as the Animal Clans or the Iron Force, with each scenario giving both teams different objectives to complete.

For generations, the Wolf, Hedgehog, Rabbit, and Owl Clans have lived in Neemus. At the edge of their homeland stands the Iron Forest, a mysterious place filled with strange structures and creations. After discovering its incredible technology, the clans learned to use it and built machines of their own.

Then the Iron Forest came to life and rose into the sky. Its machines formed the Iron Force, whose goal is to reclaim the technology taken from the forest. The Animal Clans must now fight to protect their homeland and preserve the civilization they created.

On a turn, players draw a card from their team’s activation deck. The card identifies the mecha they can activate, either by flicking it or launching it across the board. This physical movement system makes positioning and direct action central to every confrontation.

• Play as the Animal Clans or the Iron Force.
• Take on asymmetrical scenario objectives.
• Flick or launch mechas using activation cards.
• Use power-up cards to grant your side unique abilities.

Scenarios can challenge players to control specific areas, destroy opposing mechas, collect objects, and achieve other goals. Power-up cards add further tactical possibilities, giving each side tools that can turn the tide of battle.

With its distinctive animal clans, airborne iron machines, and hands-on flicking mechanics, Iron Forest combines a fantastical conflict with fast, physical board interaction.
