Karak: Sidhar, Kirima, Elspeth is a small expansion for 2–5 players, released in 2021, featuring three new heroes who venture into the depths of Karak.

Doctor Sidhar, the alchemist; Elspeth, the warrior princess; and Kirima, the beast hunter, join the quest for gold and the battle against the infamous dragon. Each hero is presented as a dedicated character for adventures in Karak.
