About this board game
Karambolage is a flicking game for 2–4 players, with approximately 30 minutes of play. Six colored disks share the playing area, while two dice determine the colors involved in each challenge.
On your turn, roll both dice and attempt to flick a disk of one rolled color into a disk of the other. A successful hit earns a point and lets you continue. If both dice show the same color, you score a point and continue as well.
Every extra attempt carries a risk: if you continue and fail, you lose all the points collected during that turn. This push-your-luck rule makes each decision important, as a growing score can be protected or put back on the line.
- Karambolage: Use the firing band to propel one disk into another according to the two rolled colors. If a direct shot is unavailable, you may bank the shot off the included block.
- Karamba: The dice identify two disks that mark the ends of an imaginary goal. Propel another disk through the space between them.
- Karamboli: Line the disks up along the long side of a rectangular ring, then launch them one after another, trying to strike as many previously launched disks as possible.
These three rule sets give Karambolage a range of dexterity challenges, from precise color-matched collisions to shots through a goal and increasingly ambitious chain reactions. The included components support all three games, making it suitable for players aged 6 and up.
