About this board game

Khlor is a board game for 1–5 players, with an approximately 40-minute play time, in which chosen guardians protect a legendary dragon’s egg from threatening demons.

Fly through the valley, catch demons, and nest in peaceful lands as you work to restore the dragon empire. The game unfolds over a series of turns, and every turn presents a clear central task: you must catch three Demon Tokens using a Polyomino.

Your turn may also include important decisions involving the dragon eggs. You can remove a Dragon Egg and/or lay new ones, giving you additional ways to shape your progress while pursuing the best possible final result.

• Catch three Demon Tokens with a Polyomino on every turn.
• Remove a Dragon Egg and/or lay new ones when you choose to do so.
• Plan around the colors of the Demon Tokens to maximize your end-game Aura Points.

When the game ends, Aura Points are awarded according to your collections of colored Demon Tokens. You score for having caught the most or second-most tokens of a color, so every color can become a valuable part of your strategy.

Act wisely as you decide which demons to catch and which colors to pursue. In Khlor, protecting the egg is only part of the challenge: the best guardians will also manage their catches carefully to become the next guardian of Khlor.
