About this board game

Konexi is a 3D word-building game for 2–4 players that takes about 30 minutes to play. Players add letters to a teetering tower of words, creating a gravity-defying challenge where every move can change the balance.

On your turn, look for opportunities to build words upward, downward, or sideways. Longer words are worth more points, encouraging you to push your luck while the tower grows in three dimensions. Each added letter can improve your score—or bring the structure closer to collapse.

  • Build words in multiple directions.
  • Score more points with longer words.
  • Test your nerve as the tower teeters.

The central tension in Konexi comes from balancing word-building ambition with the threat of gravity. A promising letter may extend a word and increase your points, but it may also be the one that makes the tower fall. That risk keeps every turn exciting and puts players on the edge of their seats.

With its combination of word play, three-dimensional construction, and push-your-luck decisions, Konexi offers a distinctive family gaming experience. It has been described as a meeting between Scrabble and Jenga, with letters and balance working together in one unusual challenge.

Released in 2010, Konexi is designed for thrilling fun across a compact 30-minute play time. Whether you are aiming for longer words or simply trying to keep the tower standing, each game creates a lively contest where language and gravity collide.
