About this board game

Life of the Amazonia is a strategic meeple-placing game for 1–4 players, with games lasting around 150 minutes. Players build their own thriving jungles by restoring land, discovering wild animals and insects, and planting trees and flowers.

The game combines bag building with pattern building. As you develop your jungle, the contents of your bag support the actions and choices that shape your strategy. Careful planning is essential as you decide how to expand your land and which forms of life to introduce.

Plants and animals each have unique characteristics, so placement is more than a matter of filling empty spaces. Arrange the lives in your jungle with their qualities in mind, creating useful synergies between them and working toward an ecologically rich environment.
