About this expansion

Marvel United: Pet Companions is a Kickstarter Exclusive expansion for 1–5 players that adds adorable, resourceful Companions to Marvel United in 2024.

Players can choose to bring a Companion into the game as a helpful sidekick. To do so, shuffle that Companion’s three cards into the Hero deck and place its game piece next to the Hero. These critters add new tactical possibilities while giving Heroes company during their battles.

Every turn, a Companion can move one Location for free. Companions are not considered Heroes, so they do not take damage or suffer other effects. However, their presence means Heroes do not count as being alone in their Location.

Each Companion card works like a Hero card, providing an Action to the Hero and a Special Effect for the Companion. This creates additional choices as players decide how to use their cards and where to position their sidekick.
