About this board game

Masters of Mutanite is a 1–6-player game of mutant combat with 90-minute play sessions, released in 2022. Choose one of eight mutants and join an ongoing war for the mysterious power of mutanite.

Build your ultimate mutant by gaining powers and traits throughout the game. With 41 unique powers and 24 unique traits to discover, every game offers new combinations and opportunities for powerful synergies.

The city itself becomes part of your arsenal. Throw cars, water towers, ice cream trucks, and other environmental objects, then combine them with your powers to create devastating elemental effects. Flood an opponent’s zone before flinging in a power pole to electrocute them.

• Spatial deckbuilding: Your choices depend on your location, and dangerous areas may hold the power you need.
• Streamlined turns: Gameplay follows a simple three-phase system: Play, Gain, Draw.
• Layered decisions: Spend mutanite on new traits or save it for a boosted attack.
• Multiple modes: Fight until the last player is standing or team up in Co-op Mode.

As the city grows more dangerous, every move demands a difficult choice. Should you brave the flames to claim the final power for an ultimate takedown, or conserve your resources for a later strike?

Watch your opponents closely as you plan around the cards they save and the damage they may be preparing to deal. In Masters of Mutanite, positioning, customization, environmental combinations, and resource management all shape the path to victory.
