In The Eager Farmer, everyone works together to help a farmer complete the day’s tasks. On a turn, a player rolls a colored die. If the result matches the flower on the next space, the farmer advances along the linear track; otherwise, a star is placed in the sky at the center of the board.

The group wins if the farmer reaches the end before the board fills with stars. If the board fills first, a moon is placed on it and everyone loses. This cooperative challenge gives Mein erster Spieleschatz a shared objective alongside its competitive and memory-based activities.
