Men At Work is a stacking and balancing game for 2–5 players, with play time of about 45 minutes. Players take the roles of workers on a construction site, carefully building a tower while trying to prevent dangerous accidents.

As the construction grows higher, steel girders reach dizzying heights and every placement matters. The danger of collapse hangs over the job site, so players must work with care to keep the structure standing.

Success is not only about avoiding disaster. Players also need to impress Rita, the boss, if they want to become Employee of the Month. This adds an extra goal to the competition as workers strive to build safely and stand out on the site.
