About this expansion

Enemies of the Empire: Austria & Russia is a 2019 expansion for 1–2 players, with games lasting around 90 minutes. This double pack adds Russian and Austrian armies to the Napoleonic battlefield, along with new ways to shape each engagement.

Each nation comes with its own bluff cards, representing its commander in chief. The expansion also introduces brand new strategy cards and terrains dedicated to Russia and Austria, giving players additional elements to consider as they plan their battles.

Enemies of the Empire: Austria & Russia also adds a dedicated solo mode. Created in response to demand for solo rules, this feature lets you test your strategies against the game’s AI without requiring another player.

Whether played with two players or alone, this expansion brings two new national forces, fresh cards, distinctive terrains, and a campaign of historical and hypothetical confrontations to the game.
