About this expansion

Once Upon a Time: Knightly Tales is an expansion for the Once Upon a Time storytelling card game, for 2–6 players and playable in about 30 minutes.

In Once Upon a Time, players tell a story together using cards that depict fairytale elements and endings. Knightly Tales adds a more valorous direction to those shared tales, drawing inspiration from legends of gallant knights and their ladies.

The expansion includes new cards that can be shuffled into your Once Upon a Time deck, bringing additional variety and a distinct chivalrous theme to the game. It is designed to work with the core storytelling card game rather than replace it.

• 17 Ending Cards for shaping how stories conclude
• New material inspired by legends of gallant knights and their ladies

For an even stronger knightly feel, try removing some of the core Story or Ending Cards before beginning. This lets the combined deck focus more closely on the themes introduced by the expansion while still supporting the shared storytelling experience.
