About this board game

Pandemic: Rapid Response is a cooperative real-time board game for 2–4 players, with each game lasting about 20 minutes. As members of the Crisis Response Unit, you must work together to provide life-saving aid to cities around the world.

Disaster has struck, and communities urgently need food, water, vaccines, and other supplies. Using a specially equipped plane, your team must roll dice to create supplies, fly to cities in need, and make deliveries while the timer counts down.

• Roll dice to produce the supplies required by cities.
• Use the plane to travel and deliver aid around the world.
• Coordinate quickly and respond to new disasters as a team.

Each of the seven unique role cards provides a different ability, giving every specialist a valuable contribution. The Analyst, Adjoua Soro, can reroll the dice up to two additional times, while the Engineer, Soojin Sohn, can change any die result with a plane to a different symbol.

Take turns as quickly as possible, using your role’s ability and allocating dice efficiently as you create the supplies needed for each delivery. Success depends on clear coordination and rapid decisions under pressure.

When you are ready for a greater challenge, adjust the difficulty level or add crisis cards to introduce a wider variety of obstacles. With its urgent timer, distinct specialist roles, and focus on teamwork, Pandemic: Rapid Response puts your crew on a race to help the world before time runs out.
