About this board game

Parks (Second Edition) is a board game for 1–5 players, with a play time of about 60 minutes, in which hikers explore the beauty of the 63 U.S. National Parks.

Across three rounds, called Seasons, your two hikers travel along a changing path. They stop at trail sites to collect resources, encounter wildlife, take photographs of beautiful vistas, and gather what they need to visit parks including Acadia, Grand Teton, Mount Rainier, Crater Lake, Everglades, Denali, and Canyonlands.

This expanded and enhanced second edition features all-new illustrations by Josh Emrich and Lisk Feng, along with new gameplay elements from designer Henry Audubon. It also brings together selected ideas from the history of Parks, including the additional camping module from Parks: Nightfall, animal integrations from Parks: Wildlife, and favorite gear, challenges, and mechanics from five years of Parks games and expansions.

When the third Season ends, the hike is over. Count your points to discover who had the greatest experience among the national parks. With its trail movement, resource collection, photography, wildlife encounters, and park visits, Parks (Second Edition) invites players to pack their gear, lace up their boots, and follow the trail toward new outdoor memories.
