Roll Through the Ages: The Late Bronze Age is an expansion for 1–4 players with a listed playing time of 45 minutes. Originally released as an official print-and-play expansion and later published by Pegasus Spiele, it adds new rules and a new score sheet.

The expansion introduces four developments: Preservation, Smithing, Shipping, and Commerce. It also changes the cost and reward of five developments from the original game: Medicine, Religion, Granaries, Architecture, and Empire.

Trading between players becomes a base rule in The Late Bronze Age, creating a more interactive experience. Players who complete the Shipping development can build ships, which allow resource conversion.
