Rolling Heights: Kickstarter Promo Pack – Designer and Angry Ape Micro Expansion is a fast bonus experience for 1–4 players, featuring a 3–5-minute city-defense mini-game played at the end of the main game.

In the Angry Ape Mini-Game, the winner of the Rolling Heights game becomes the angry ape, while the remaining players join forces as the city’s defenders. The ape player throws an angry ape figure onto the city map, aiming to knock over and destroy the city’s high-rise buildings.

After the ape is placed on top of a building, the defenders take turns throwing a worker figure onto the map. If a worker hits the angry ape, the ape player moves it to another building. The result is a quick, physical challenge that turns the built-up city into a target-filled battlefield.

• Angry ape victory: destroy all remaining buildings on the map that are four cubes high or more.
• Defender victory: knock the angry ape off buildings at least three times in total.
• Unresolved game: play another round until one side achieves its objective.

The promo pack also includes five John D Clair Bonus Building Tiles. Each building is themed after another AEG game designed by John D Clair, adding a set of distinctive bonus buildings to the city.

Designed as a compact addition, Rolling Heights: Kickstarter Promo Pack – Designer and Angry Ape Micro Expansion offers a memorable finale after the main game. One player gets to unleash the creature, while everyone else works together to save Rolling Heights before the skyline is destroyed.
