Shadows of Brimstone: Frontier Doc Hero Pack is a 2021 support-focused addition for 1–6 players, with a play time of about 60 minutes. It introduces the rugged Frontier Doc, an experienced medical man who keeps the Hero Posse in fighting shape while contributing valuable skills in battle.

The Frontier Doc specializes in managing Wounds, Injuries, and Mutations. The Doc’s Bag ensures a steady supply of Bandages and provides a bonus when they are used, making this hero a dependable source of recovery during an adventure.

With Field Surgery, the Frontier Doc can provide Injury and Mutation relief without needing to find a Doc in Town or risk the procedure being botched. This gives the posse a practical way to address serious conditions while continuing its journey.

Although the Frontier Doc begins without weapons and relies on basic Combat to Attack, this hero can develop into a powerful hand-to-hand fighter. The Doc also retains the ability to use Ranged Weapons when circumstances call for a different approach.
