Shallow Sea: Rare Fish Mini-Expansion is a 2025 mini-expansion for 1–4 players, with a play time of approximately 45 minutes. It adds rare fish and new Ecosystem Cards to create a fresh puzzle experience alongside the existing game content.

This mini-expansion includes four fish meeples representing rare fish that are either endangered or vulnerable to extinction. It also contains three Ecosystem Cards featuring those meeples, giving players new elements to consider as they explore the possibilities of the sea.
