Shards of Infinity: Deckbuilding Game is a deck-building game for 1–4 players, with games lasting around 30 minutes. Set one hundred years after the Infinity Engine was shattered, it challenges you to gather your forces, defeat your adversaries, and rebuild the reality-bending engine.

As you play, you work toward gaining Mastery points while developing your forces. The Enhanced edition includes the Relics of the Past expansion, adding new Core cards and Relic mechanics to the game.

The Relics of the Future expansion introduces powerful Relics connected to the leaders of four factions. When a player reaches 10 Mastery points, they gain one of their leader’s two Relics, while the other is forgotten in time. The expansion also adds cards available to any player that gain an extra effect when matched with the player’s designated faction leader.

• Bloodbath: a three-player mode in which damage dealt affects both opponents.
• 2v2 Team Attack: players form teams and battle against an opposing team.
• Nemesis: a full solitaire mode that pits one player against the game.

These additional modes give Shards of Infinity different ways to approach its deck-building battles, from direct competition among three players to cooperative team play and a solo challenge. Whether you are pursuing Mastery, seeking the right faction combinations, or trying to survive the shattered world, the game places the future of the Infinity Engine in your hands.
