Shards of Infinity: Into the Horizon is a 2021 deck-building game for 2–4 players, with battles lasting about 30 minutes. It continues the conflict of earlier Shards of Infinity sets as players seek a new destiny for a universe overwhelmed by the power of the mighty shards.

The shards have awoken, and their twisted voices whisper into the minds of the Shard Masters. With every word, they stoke the flames of war and draw the players deeper into the unfolding struggle.

Into the Horizon introduces two new gameplay mechanisms. Destinies give players a powerful new way to use their resources: spend valuable Mastery to gain an incredible advantage during the game. Choosing when to invest that Mastery can shape the course of each battle.

The expansion also brings the evil Ingeminex into the conflict. These new sources of tension seek to harm all players, creating a shared danger that must be answered. With a well-timed use of power, however, the Ingeminex can be defeated.

Into the Horizon concludes the current storyline told throughout the Shards of Infinity adventure while opening the way toward an untold future. Its 60 new cards add fresh possibilities to the deck-building battles:
